As a much needed revenue source, there are some admission charges to Graduate Fashion Week. Trade, Press and members of the public are all welcome. Where charges are made by GFW on behalf of Universities, these funds are returned to them.

Trade Admission:
If you have been sent an invitation by a university to see their show, there is no charge for entry to either the exhibition, or to the specific show for which you have a ticket.
All Other Trade Admission:
If you are already on our email database you will receive a pre-registration form in early Spring, which we ask that you complete BEFORE arrival at the venue.

How to Get to Graduate Fashion Week:

It is quicker and easier to travel to Earls court by public transport
Buses
Buses 31, 74, C1 and C3, stop outside Earl’s court on Warwick Road. The routes are as follows:
31: Clapham Junction to Hammersmith
74: Baker Street Station to Roehampton
C1: Victoria to Kensington High Street
C3: Clapham Junction to Earls Court

London Underground
The Exhibition Centre is located between two underground stations, Earls Court and West Brompton.
Earls Court station exits on to Warwick Road, directly opposite the main Entrance to Earls Court One and is serviced by the District and Piccadilly lines.
West Brompton Station exits on to Old Brompton Road, directly opposite the West Brompton entrance to the premises and is services by the District Line. This Station is the closest for access to Earls court Two.

London Congestion Charging Zone
Earls Court and Olympia are not situated within the Congestion Charging Zone, but they are now on the edge of the zone. Customers are advised to take care when navigating through the surrounding roads.
The map below shows the areas around Earls Court and Olympia. The red dotted line denotes the Western boundary of the Congestion
Charging Zone. All roads in white are ‘uncharged roads’. Full details are available at www.cclondon.com

The recent Western Extension of the Zone is bordered by the following roads, all of which are uncharged:
- To the East: Vauxhall Bridge Road, Grosvenor Place, Park Lane and Edgware Road.
- To the North: A40 Westway forms a free route through the zone.
- To the West: the West Cross Route (A322O), Holland Road, Addison Road, Warwick Gardens, Earls Court Road, Radcliffe Gardens and Edith Grove, leading on to Cheyne Walk.
- To the South: Cheyne Walk, Chelsea Embankment and Grosvenor Road.
Travelling to Olympia
From the West: Holland Road, Shepherd’s Bush Road and Hammersmith Road are uncharged. From the North and East: A40 Westway, the West Cross Route and Holland Road are uncharged.
Travelling to Earls Court
The Chelsea Embankment, Earls Court Road, Warwick Road, Lillie Road and Old Brompton Road (as far as Earls Court Road) are uncharged.
The Congestion Charge operating hours are 07:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
The charge is £8 if you pay by midnight on the day of travel or £10 if you pay by midnight the following charging day (you can pay the following charging day via the call centre (0845 900 1234) and website only).
Graduate Fashion Week has negotiated with Event Express, special hotel rates for visitors to the event.
